This Muscadet comes from old vines planted on bedrock of gneiss, opposite the village of Saint Fiacre. Made the Burgundian way in salute to the origins of Muscadet’s unique grape variety Melon, the wine is aged for two years on lees. This finely crafted Muscadet is a rich and complex wine with notes of preserved lemon and salted-butter caramel. Ideal for ageing and pairing with food.
