Vineyard 20-year-old to 40-year-old vines. Vineyard with grass cover. Trellising and deleafing of vines.
Winemaking & Ageing Skin-contact maceration and pressing in a pneumatic press and selection of musts. Cold settling. Aged six months on lees, in underground vats, with stirring of lees.
Food-wine pairings Excellent as an aperitif, with shellfish and appetizers.

Description:
The vineyard of La Fruitière is so named for the intense fruitiness that has always characterized its wines. This dry and fruity white wine is a true classic of the appellation with its notes of grapefruit and baking bread, good texture and saline finish.
