Vineyard	20-year-old, organically-farmed vines. Trellising and deleafing of vines. Tilling of soils.
Winemaking & Ageing	Pressing in a pneumatic press and selection of musts. Cold settling. Fermentation with natural yeasts. Aged nine to twelve months on lees, in underground vats, with regular stirring of lees.
Food-wine pairings	Ideal as an aperitif, or with grilled sardines or seafood.

Description:
Close to where the rivers Sèvre and Maine join, in the geographical and historical heart of the Muscadet appellation, lies our vineyard of L’Aulnaye. On a superb east-facing slope, the Melon vines dig into the rock, bringing a saline freshness, minerality and intensely fruity notes to this wine.
